Peete River Farm

Peete River Farm is an 80 acre lakefront community on Lake Gaston developed by Hawtree Partners LLC. The property, once a part of a larger 1,600 acre family homestead is located in both Warren County, N.C. and Mecklenburg County, VA.  A commitment to careful stewardship of the land was passed to the developers by the family who protected the shoreline and managed the interior forest for generations. Architectural Guidelines and Shoreline Management Plans were integral to the development goals from day one and have guided its progression ever since.
